Dhaka Mart delivers products all over Bangladesh.
2. Delivery Time
Inside Dhaka: Approximately 2-3 Days
Outside Dhaka: Approximately 2-4 Days
Delivery Options:
- Regular Delivery: Standard delivery as per the mentioned time.
- Quick Delivery: Available only within Dhaka, and delivery will be completed within 1 day (extra charges apply).
3. Delivery Charges
Regular Delivery:
- Inside Dhaka: BDT 80
- Outside Dhaka: BDT 120
Quick Delivery (Only in Dhaka):
- Charge: BDT 200

5. Order Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation: Orders can be canceled on the same day before 5:00 PM without any charge.
After dispatch: If the order has already been shipped, the delivery charge will be applicable for cancellation.
6. Return and Refund Policy
🔹 Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- If the wrong product is delivered
- If the product is damaged or broken
🔹 Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 days, depending on the situation.
7. Late Delivery
- No compensation (discounts or coupons) is provided for late deliveries.
- Customers will be notified via call or message in case of any delay.
